I’m not sure how this place is only rated 4 stars, it was fantastic! We ordered sushi, sweet and sour chicken, and noodles, and everything was excellent. Honestly, it was better than any Chinese food we’ve had in the States. The kids loved it too! Great service and a nice atmosphere made it even better.

An Unmissable Culinary Gem — Easily One of the Best Asian Restaurants in Italy
This outstanding Chinese and Japanese restaurant isn’t just great at Venice — it could easily outperform most Asian restaurants across Italy. The flavors are authentic, the presentation is beautiful, and every dish is clearly prepared with incredible skill and care.
If your tour guide doesn’t bring you here, you seriously need to question their judgment!
This is one of those rare restaurants you simply can’t miss. Every grain of rice is a masterpiece — leaving any behind would feel like an insult to the chef.- Tipo di pasto

When people ask me about food in Italy I say “pasta/pizza” so I was really pleased to find this place today. We had chicken curry and sweet and sour chicken with one portion of rice because I can’t eat much, we even left a little rice. Absolutely delicious and freshly cooked, the best sweet and sour I’ve ever had.
The staff were very polite and attentive and the place was spotless. My husband is not too keen on eating out because he’s so fussy, but he said he’d eat there again, so I’m trying the sushi before we leave Venice. That’s a 10 out of 10 from him.
By the way, contrary to people saying it’s expensive, we had two beers with the food and only paid 35 euros - I’d call that cheap.- Tipo di pasto

After 10 days of Italian food we all needed a break and I am So glad we stumbled in here. This place deserves more then the 3.9 it has. The sushi was delicious, the sweet and sour chicken super yummy & the chow menu style noodles SO well flavored. Service was fast & prices weren’t bad. Get the shrimp things #1- SO good! Highly recommend if you’re in need of a break from Italian food!

We visited this place two days in a row. It was always busy when walked past so we wanted to try this place. Glad we made it! We had sushi, dim sum, beautiful fried noodles and their stir fried dishes were delicious, fresh and tasty. Portion sizes were just right and the price was reasonable too. Service was friendly and polite. I recommend this place to everyone who visits Venice. Only 5 mins walk from Grand Canal.

During my recent trip to Venice, I had the pleasure of dining at Ristorante Sushi Venezia - Orient Express, located conveniently near Rio Terà Lista di Spagna. It was a refreshing blend of Asian cuisine that offered both sushi and Chinese-inspired dishes.
I started with the Pollo Agrodolce (sweet and sour chicken), which was crispy, with a nice balance of sweet and tangy flavors, paired with fresh vegetables and pineapple. The portion was generous, making it a satisfying dish for a main course.
Next, I had a selection of sushi and sashimi, focusing mainly on the salmon dishes. The Nigiri Salmone was fresh and buttery, and the Temaki Salmone (hand roll) had a delightful crunch, wrapped perfectly in seaweed. The Tataki di Salmone, lightly seared and served with sesame seeds, was another standout dish—flavorful and beautifully presented on a bed of fresh arugula.
In terms of service, the staff was attentive and friendly. I appreciated the promptness of the food delivery and the cleanliness of the establishment.
Overall, for a total of €35, the meal was well worth the price considering the quality of the food and the location in the heart of Venice. If you’re in the mood for sushi or a fusion of Asian flavors, this restaurant is a must-visit.- Servizio

I was on my way to my next destination and just collecting my bags when I saw their menu and their affordable prices. I tried the fried rice using black rice. It's very flavorful. I'm more than two weeks removed from my usual cuisine and this was a welcome respite from the pastas and pizzas. Good value!

This Chinese restaurant in Venice serves good hot food like the soup I had which goes well with white rice. The mango salad was just amazing and refreshing. The beef was tender and good. And the Siew Mei is yummy! They also serve good sushi here. Price is reasonable. Check out this restaurant if you’re in Venice. 👍

Anyway, we were curious what Chinese food would be in Italy and joked about going. We had time before our train and ordered the fried rice of Asia (that's what it's called) and beef lomein to go to see how it was. Both were very good and very fresh. It was on the upper end of Chinese food I've had including some higher end places and Chinatown at home.
For the complaints about it being expensive, for this level of quality it is actually cheap and for Chinese food in general it is fairly priced especially knowing this is in Italy and they give you good portions. This is not the quality of your corner Chinese restaurant with general tso's chicken and mediocre fried rice but the quality of a higher end Chinese restaurant using higher quality ingredients. The meat, eggs, vegetables, rice and noodles were very fresh and tender and it had a good balance of flavor.
Last, the staff I met were very polite, friendly and prompt, but I only had take out.
Overall, go get Chinese food in Italy as it gets a big green light. The staff were very helpful, friendly, and accommodating, translating menu items and helping to recommend dishes and adapt them to our taste. The "riso nero con frutti di mare e mais" in particular was a delight, with a great yet unique flavour, and we had to order a second helping of it. The noodle dishes we ordered were also lovely.
There were not many Asian restaurants that we spotted through our time in Venice, but this is one I would definitely recommend. The pricing is also very reasonable.- Tipo di pasto

This is an excellent sushi and Asian eatery. High quality fish, quick service and reasonable priced. Powerful aircon for the hot Venice summer days. Recommend +++

Best all you can eat menu…. since appetizers till cafe. Sushi with Tartufo divine… Fried rice with pollo and shrimp delicious… A heaven for people who like to eat good. A new taste pther than pasta and pizza.
True maybe the portion a bit small; but in my opinion these are worth the price! Nice foods, taste good! Ordered Sweet Sour Chicken, Beef Noodle, Asian Fried Rice, Stir-Fry Pok Choi, and Duck. Simple but good. Recommended for your Asian tongue!
